Lost a Jigsaw Puzzle Piece? Here's What to Do
Don't Panic
It's easy to get frustrated when you lose a jigsaw puzzle piece. But don't worry, there are a few things you can do to find it or get a replacement.
Check the Box
The first place to look for a missing piece is the box. Sometimes, pieces can get stuck in the corners or under the flaps.
Check the Floor
If you've been working on your puzzle on the floor, check around the area where you were working. Pieces can easily get kicked away or blown under furniture.
Check Under Furniture
If you've been working on your puzzle on a table, check under the table and any nearby furniture. Pieces can easily fall off the table and get hidden.
Contact the Manufacturer
If you can't find the missing piece, you can contact the manufacturer of the puzzle. They may be able to send you a replacement piece.
Buy a Replacement Piece
If the manufacturer can't send you a replacement piece, you can buy one from a puzzle retailer. There are a number of online retailers that sell replacement puzzle pieces.
Don't Give Up
If you've tried all of the above and still can't find the missing piece, don't give up. You can still finish your puzzle without it. Just leave a small space where the missing piece would go.
